The Equipment Defect Reporting application provides functions to report equipment defects real-time and the reported defect shall be sent to the backend application server, corrective maintenance and maintenance workshops modules for follow-up actions. The mobile app also allows photo capture of the defects, equipment details such location of equipment and date/time stamp of defect submitted.
